Zynova Shalby Hospitals Names Reny Varghese as the New COO

Zynova Shalby Hospitals, located in Ghatkopar, has appointed Reny Varghese as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With over 24 years of experience in healthcare management and administration, Varghese brings significant expertise and leadership to the hospital’s operations.

Prior to this role, Varghese served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Zynova Shalby Hospitals, where he played a key role in streamlining hospital functions and improving operational efficiency.

Moreover, he has held leadership positions at several prominent healthcare institutions, including Wadia Hospital, Hinduja Healthcare, and Apollo Health and Lifestyle.

In a statement regarding his new role, Varghese said, “I am profoundly fulfilled and excited to take on this new role. At Zynova Shalby Hospitals, we are committed to redefining healthcare by leveraging advanced technology and fostering innovation in patient care.’’

He further noted that their goal is not only to excel in advanced medical procedures but also to emphasize preventative care and personalized health solutions, making healthcare more holistic and impactful.

With an extensive educational background, Varghese holds a PG Diploma in Hospital Management from Sancheti Institute, Pune University, an MBA in Healthcare Management from West Coast University in Panama, and a BSc in Medical Radiology from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala.

His qualifications position him well to navigate the dynamic challenges of healthcare management.
