Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's “One Nation” concept, ZENZO Ambulance Service has introduced India’s largest AI-driven ambulance network, aiming to revolutionize emergency medical transportation across the country.
The service, accessible via a toll-free number (1 800 102 1298) and the ZENZO Customer app (available on iOS and Android), ensures quick and efficient ambulance services in over 450 cities and towns.
The ZENZO network comprises over 25,000 independently operated ambulances, offering Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and 5G Premium ICU services.
With a state-of-the-art control room operating 24/7, the network aims to achieve a response time of under 15 minutes from confirmation.

Ambulance owners and supervisors can also monitor services through a dedicated app.
Co-founder and CEO Sweta Mangal highlighted the transformative impact of ZENZO’s operations.
“Twenty-two years ago, we launched emergency life support ambulance services in Mumbai. Today, ZENZO stands as India’s largest ambulance service company, committed to providing reliable emergency transport. The AI-driven ZENZO Network brings us closer to realizing the vision of ‘One Nation, One Number, One Pricing,’" she stated.
Chief Operating Officer Praveen Menezes emphasized the network’s capabilities, noting its advanced control room, skilled medical personnel, and round-the-clock operations.
“ZENZO ensures peace of mind during medical emergencies for individuals, families, and corporate entities,” he said.
Founded in 2002 as ZHL/1298 by Shaffi Mather, Sweta Mangal, Naresh Jain, and Manish Sacheti, ZENZO has played a pivotal role in responding to national crises such as the 2005 Mumbai floods and the 26/11 terror attacks.
It also manages ambulance services for Reliance Group facilities, reflecting its partnership with Mukesh Ambani and Reliance Foundation.
ZENZO offers subscription plans for individuals, corporations, and institutions, ensuring swift ambulance access and reinforcing a commitment to employee health and safety.
