Healthtech startup Zeno Health has rolled out a 50-minute medicine delivery service in Mumbai, just days after securing $25 million in its Series C funding round.
Initially available in select pin codes, the service leverages Zeno Health's extensive network of over 180 retail pharmacy stores across Maharashtra, integrating them with a tech-driven logistics system.
“At Zeno Health, we are ensuring real-time stock availability and rapid dispatch to eliminate delays that impact pavery patient care. Our 50-minute delivery service is not just about speed—it’s about building a patient-first healthcare ecosystem that enhances affordability, trust, and access at scale,” said Zeno Health cofounder Girish Agarwal.

“Our 50-minute delivery isn't just about speed. Our customers receive genuine medicines, home-delivered with up to 60% savings, as we procure medicines directly from manufacturers and eliminate middlemen,” added Siddharth Gadia, Co-founder of Zeno Health.
Founded in 2017 by IIT Bombay alumni Girish Agarwal and Siddharth Gadia, Zeno Health is an omnichannel pharmacy network focused on making quality generic medicines accessible and affordable. With its direct procurement model, the company claims to offer significant savings to customers.
Beyond its retail stores, Zeno Health operates 200 micro-franchises across Maharashtra and West Bengal, serving over 1.5 million customers. The company also has a private-label brand, GoodAid, offering a range of generic medicines.
The launch of the 50-minute delivery service positions Zeno Health against major online pharmacy platforms such as Tata 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, and Flipkart Health+, as well as emerging quick-commerce players like Flipkart Minutes and Swiggy Instamart.
With its recent funding, Zeno Health aims to expand its footprint and enhance its technology infrastructure, further solidifying its position as a leader in accessible and affordable healthcare.
Last year, the Mumbai-based healthtech startup Zeno Health acquired Kolkata-based startup Tablt Pharmacy. The move was part of its expansion plans to strengthen its footprint in the states of West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, and Jharkhand.
Tablt Pharmacy, an online pharmacy startup, has been operating in Tier II to Tier VI geographies in Eastern India.
