Dr. Gupta will lead strategic growth initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and play a key role in strengthening the company’s global footprint.

His expertise in strategy consulting, hospital IT system development, and large-scale healthcare project management aligns well with JCI guidelines and industry best practices.

Surjeet Thakur, Founder & CEO of TrioTree Technologies, expressed confidence in Dr. Gupta’s leadership, stating that the company is in an exciting growth phase, with a newly established office in Bahrain and plans to expand further across the GCC region.

Dr. Gupta has extensive experience in hospital operations, IT system implementation, strategic budgeting, and cost optimization.

He has played a key role in implementing digital health solutions in more than 25 hospitals across India and the Middle East.

His tenure at Medanta Group of Hospitals saw him lead the largest multi-location HIS implementation, integrating HIS, ERP, and PACS into a unified system. Before joining TrioTree Technologies, he led IT and Operations at Taiba Hospital in Kuwait.

Expressing enthusiasm about his new role, Dr. Rajesh Gupta described his return to TrioTree Technologies as a homecoming. He noted that as a founding member of the company in 2012, he has always believed in its mission to revolutionize healthcare through technology.
