The 'Vitality Score' is designed to provide users with a holistic, daily health evaluation based on key metrics such as movement, rest, exertion, and behavioral consistency.
Titan Smart has introduced a new in-app feature called the Vitality Score, which promotes long-term wellness and preventive health tracking.
Launched on World Health Day, the tool is now available on all Titan and Fastrack smartwatch companion apps.
The 'Vitality Score' is designed to provide users with a holistic, daily health evaluation based on key metrics such as movement, rest, exertion, and behavioral consistency. Using a 100-point scale, the score categorizes user health into four segments: Weak (0-30), Fair (31-70), Good (71-90), and Excellent (91-100).
According to Titan, the tool moves away from short-term performance metrics and instead focuses on consistent behavioral trends to encourage preventive health actions. Users receive regular scores reflecting their personal health data, helping them adjust based on long-term patterns rather than daily fluctuations.
The feature also integrates intelligent nudges that guide users toward achievable goals. These prompts are designed based on individual trends and aim to support realistic and sustainable health routines.
Seenivasan Krishnamurthy, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Titan Smart Wearables Division, said, “At Titan, we understand the growing demand for meaningful and actionable health insights that go beyond surface-level tracking. With lifestyle-related health concerns rising in India, the need for actionable health insights has never been greater. Vitality Score goes beyond basic tracking, encouraging users to build healthier routines. By combining intuitive design and user-friendly interfaces, we've ensured that users can easily interpret their wellness data and effortlessly translate insights into daily actions. Launching it on World Health Day reinforces our commitment to empowering individuals with meaningful, proactive wellness choices.”
The feature will be rolled out as a free update for existing users. No additional investment or hardware upgrades are required to access the new functionality. Users can immediately use the score to evaluate their wellness levels and monitor gradual progress over time.
Titan also noted that the Vitality Score has potential applications in India’s evolving digital health ecosystem, including early medical intervention and virtual consultations, though no formal integrations have been announced.
As of now, the company has not shared further technical specifications or future integration plans for the Vitality Score feature.
