In addition to emergency transport, the app facilitates a range of medical services, including rapid health checkups, IV medication, vaccinations, wound care, and post-surgical support.
RED.Health, a JCI-accredited and emergency medical response provider, has introduced FLASH, a new health commerce app now operational in Hyderabad.
The app aims to provide rapid and accessible medical services beyond emergency care, offering on-demand healthcare solutions at patients' doorsteps.
FLASH integrates real-time tracking, AI-driven analytics, and intelligent routing to improve healthcare accessibility. One of its key features is the ability to dispatch an ambulance within eight minutes.
In addition to emergency transport, the app facilitates a range of medical services, including rapid health checkups, IV medication, vaccinations, wound care, and post-surgical support.
Built on a Q-commerce healthcare model, FLASH transforms ambulances into mobile health hubs. Unlike traditional health-tech platforms that rely on scheduled appointments, FLASH provides immediate access to over 40 critical health interventions.
The service aims to close gaps between emergency response and routine healthcare access by combining AI-powered analytics with strategic hospital partnerships.
Prabhdeep Singh, CEO and Founder of RED.Health emphasized the importance of providing faster healthcare services.
"FLASH is designed to eliminate delays in both emergency and routine healthcare. Our goal is to create a system where high-quality medical assistance is available without unnecessary waiting times. With FLASH, we are addressing a long-standing challenge in healthcare access and ensuring timely support for those in need,” he stated.
Currently available in Hyderabad, FLASH is set to expand into other major cities, including Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi.
RED.Health aims to extend its reach, ensuring that more people across India can benefit from instant access to medical care through this new platform.
