The innovations include next-generation ultrasound systems that increase diagnostic precision and workflow efficiency, the world’s only mobile MRI system with helium-free operations, and new AI-enabled cloud solutions that enhance radiology efficiency and clinical confidence.

Royal Philips, a global leader in health technology, has launched three new AI-enabled innovations that free up healthcare providers to focus more on patient care.

The innovations include next-generation ultrasound systems that increase diagnostic precision and workflow efficiency, the world’s first and only mobile MRI system with helium-free operations, and new AI-enabled cloud solutions that enhance radiology efficiency and clinical confidence. These advancements are focused on enhancing workflows and improving efficiency, thereby freeing up time for clinical staff.

Further, Philips is also teaming up with healthcare providers to optimise workflows, allowing them to spend more time focusing on patients. Its new initiative ‘Care Means the World’ campaign highlights that improving human health and environmental health go hand in hand.

Philips’ next-generation ultrasound systems EPIQ Elite 10.0 and Philips Affiniti simplify workflows thereby offering a single-user interface combined with shared transducers and automated tools to help reduce complexity for a more efficient and enhanced user experience.

The World’s first and only mobile MRI system with helium-free operations BlueSeal MR Mobile is designed to deliver patient-centric MRI services using less helium than a non-sealed magnet. With hundreds of BlueSeal magnets in operation worldwide, Philips is now extending this breakthrough technology in a mobile truck, expanding quality access to MRI exams for more patients in more places.

Cloud-based PACS with new AI-enabled clinical and operational workflows Philips HealthSuite Imaging, on the other hand, is a cloud-based next-generation of Philips Vue PACS that enables radiologists and clinicians to adopt new capabilities faster, increasing operational efficiency and improving patient care.

Founded in 1891, Royal Philips is commonly known as Philips. The company's first products were light bulbs. Today, Philips is a global leader in health technology, focussing on improving people's health and well-being through advanced developments. The global health tech company aims to improve 2.5 billion lives per year by 2030.

Days back, Philips launched an innovation campus in Bengaluru to advance healthcare technology. The expansive 650,000 sq ft facility accommodates more than 5,000 professionals dedicated to developing advanced health technologies. The primary goal is to enhance patient experiences, improve health outcomes, streamline staff experiences, and reduce the overall cost of care.

Furthermore, a noteworthy collaboration unfolded between Royal Philips and the World Stroke Organisation (WSO). The two-year partnership aims to improve access to high-quality stroke care, focusing on advocacy, education, and raising awareness about stroke as a global health challenge.
