With the addition of this new hospital, Paras Health will extend its network to a total of nine hospitals.

Paras Healthcare, a leading corporate hospital chain, is going to launch a 300-bed hospital in Gurugram.

This new facility, situated in Sector 63-A, will mark the second hospital under the Paras Health umbrella in Gurugram, doubling the number of beds in the city to approximately 600.

With the addition of this new hospital, Paras Health will extend its network to a total of nine hospitals, covering regions across North India, Bihar, and Jharkhand.

This expansion signifies a significant milestone in Paras Health's commitment to broadening its healthcare offerings and enhancing access to quality medical care.

Expansion to Meet Burgeoning Demand

The forthcoming hospital will prioritize expanding its organ transplant programs to include lung and liver transplants, complementing its existing services such as kidney and bone marrow transplant programs.

Dr Nagar highlighted the hospital's intention to deepen its service profile. He said, "Now, we are looking to deepen our service profile with the addition of organ transplant programmes like lung and liver transplants, alongside our existing kidney and bone marrow transplant programmes. By adding capacity, bringing more specialities and facilities, and enhancing capacities in cancer care, we believe we are poised to meet the healthcare needs of Gurugram."

The hospital states that equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, including robotic and navigation systems, the new hospital will cater to both domestic and international patients.

It will offer specialized healthcare services in areas such as oncology, gastroenterology, neurosciences, cardiac sciences, and orthopedics, ensuring comprehensive and advanced

medical care for patients.

Dr Nagar expressed optimism about the hospital's ability to meet the healthcare needs of Gurugram by expanding its service profile and enhancing capacities in critical areas such as cancer care and organ transplantation.

He emphasized the importance of bringing more specialties and facilities to cater to the evolving healthcare requirements of the community.

With a focus on advanced technology and specialized care, the hospital aims to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions to patients while upholding Paras Healthcare's commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.

In a similar development, just days back, Fortis Healthcare inaugurated a cutting-edge, multi-specialty tertiary care hospital in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, marking an addition to its network of healthcare facilities.

With an investment of approximately INR 6-7 Cr, the upgraded facility aims to enhance its capacity from 80 to 100 beds to accommodate the growing patient base. This latest addition represents the fifth hospital in Fortis' existing network, with Bannerghatta serving as the largest facility among them.

Similarly, Max Healthcare Institute (MHIL) unveiled plans to invest INR 2500 Cr to set up a 500-bed hospital at Shaheed Path, Lucknow.
