The solution integrates artificial intelligence with home-based ECG monitoring and data analytics to assist doctors in early intervention and medication titration. OMRON Healthcare has partnered with Tricog Health to launch KeeboHealth, a connected, AI-based cardiac care platform to enhance heart failure management through remote patient monitoring and personalized treatment.

The solution integrates artificial intelligence with home-based ECG monitoring and data analytics to assist doctors in early intervention and medication titration. In addition to the digital platform, the solution includes OMRON’s ECG monitors, blood pressure devices, and weighing scales.

Sharing the vision behind OMRON’s collaboration, Hiroshi Ogawa, MD, OMRON Healthcare India, said, “Through this collaboration, OMRON reinforces its role in advancing home ECG technology for preventive cardiac care. It aligns with our ‘Going for Zero’ vision—aimed at reducing cardiac events by offering high-quality, customized remote monitoring solutions.”

According to Tricog’s 2024 patient data from India, KeeboHealth’s Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) system demonstrated a 30% reduction in hospital readmission rates and a 45% improvement in adherence to Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT). The platform aims to support physicians in managing chronic cardiac conditions more efficiently.

Impact on Heart Failure Management

Dr Charit Bhograj, CEO and Founder of Tricog Health said, “KeeboHealth is a lifeline of hope for heart failure patients. Powered by advanced AI, it personalized care and continuously monitors patients to detect early signs of trouble, ensuring timely, tailored interventions. This smart approach enhances individual outcomes and brings much-needed optimism, especially in areas with limited healthcare resources.”

Tricog emphasized that the outcomes reflect the platform's role in sustaining patient engagement, supporting timely medical responses, and reducing healthcare costs.

Adding comments, Katsuyuki Yamamoto, Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and New Business, OMRON Healthcare India, added, “Continuing with this collaborative effort, Tricog and OMRON aspire to establish newer standards in preventive healthcare and contribute towards transforming the Indian cardiac healthcare landscape, which continues to face challenges such as a shortage of doctors and the financial burden of healthcare expenditure.”
