VISERA S offers clinicians the ability to switch between white light, NBI, and stroboscopy, providing sharp HD visualization to better detect, characterize, and manage ENT diseases.
Global medtech company, Olympus Corporation has launched its latest imaging platform, VISERA S, featuring stroboscopy and Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) technology.
The VISERA S platform is part of the company’s expanding Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) solutions and is designed to improve diagnostic efficiency and patient experience in ENT care.
Reportedly, the initial rollout of VISERA S will take place in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, with further expansion planned for other regions following regulatory approvals.
VISERA S offers clinicians the ability to switch between white light, NBI, and stroboscopy, providing sharp HD visualization to better detect, characterize, and manage ENT diseases.
With enhanced color resolution, depth of field, and reduced noise, VISERA S improves the visibility of vascular structures and mucosa. The platform includes an HD camera head that delivers higher image quality compared to previous models.
In addition, VISERA S is compatible with a wide range of existing Olympus scopes, camera heads, and monitors, making it adaptable to current systems.
This launch demonstrates Olympus Corporation’s ongoing commitment to advancing imaging platforms for the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of ENT diagnostics.
