The company plans to use the funding to open 10 new clinics across two cities and expand its offerings to include regenerative medicine treatments such as autologous cell therapies and bioactive scaffolds.
Nivaan Care, a multidisciplinary chronic pain management clinic chain, has raised $4.25 million in seed funding led by Endiya Partners, with participation from existing investor W Health Ventures.
The funding aims to support the expansion of its clinics and the introduction of new treatment modalities.
Nivaan Care was founded in 2023 to address the growing need for structured pain management in India. With approximately 270 million people affected by chronic pain and 25 million new cases annually, access to specialized care remains limited. The company operates seven clinics, offering multidisciplinary treatment through a biopsychosocial approach.
Dr Vedha Sampathkumar, Partner at Endiya, said, “Chronic pain touches nearly every family, including mine. Too often, it is underdiagnosed and goes untreated, leaving people to navigate a maze of specialists without real resolution. That’s why we’re so inspired by Nivaan’s mission to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to pain management. Nivaan's founders have demonstrated a profound understanding of this issue, developing an evidence based, patient focused solution that's already yielding impressive clinical outcomes, offering new hope to the millions who suffer in silence. We're thrilled to support this passionate team of founders and be part of their growth story."
Nivaan Care provides patients with a team of pain management specialists, physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and care managers. The company has treated over 10,000 patients and performed 1,400 procedures in the past year and a half.
"At Nivaan Care, we're resolute in our mission to transform pain management across India. We're dedicated to delivering sustainable, effective healthcare solutions that tackle the root causes of chronic pain. Our goal is to empower every patient to access the care they need, enabling them to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. This funding milestone marks a significant step towards our vision of a pain-free India, as we expand our footprint in Delhi and venture into new markets." said Nivesh Khandelwal and Vishwas Singh, Founders, Nivaan Care.
“In India, patients with chronic pain typically depend on painkillers, physiotherapy or surgeries. There is a huge whitespace for daycare procedures that are clinically proven and widely popular in the West. Nivaan is taking a step towards making these treatments available along with cutting-edge regenerative medicine to a wide audience in India. We are excited to continue to be a part of the mission of Nivaan to deliver compassionate, affordable, and effective care to patients," said Dr Pankaj Jethwani, Managing Partner at W Health Ventures stated.
