Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS) and Hospital, a key component of Noida International University, has recently announced the expansion of its bed capacity from 450 to over 750 within a span of one year.

This move aligns with the hospital’s objective to improve healthcare accessibility for both rural and urban populations, along with offering affordable healthcare solutions.

Raj Vardhan Singh, OSD chairman of Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital, said, "The significant increase in bed capacity at NIIMS marks a momentous achievement for our institution. It reflects our steadfast commitment to meeting the evolving healthcare needs of our community.’’

He further continued that with this expanded capacity, the healthcare institute is better equipped to provide compassionate care and medical expertise to a greater number of patients, further solidifying its position as a leading healthcare provider in the region.

NIIMS Offerings

NIIMS offers various specialized units, including ICU, ICCU, NICU, PICU, and dialysis units, along with multiple operation theaters for both major and minor surgeries.

Spanning over 75 acres, NIIMS boasts the largest campus in Noida and Greater Noida. The healthcare organization is also accredited by NABH and NABL and aims to provide high-quality healthcare.

Additionally, the hospital features a fully automated, NABL-accredited diagnostic and molecular lab, ensuring precise diagnostics, including RT-PCR tests.

Reportedly, NIIMS offers 24/7 emergency services, a fully equipped ICU patient transport ambulance, CT scan, color doppler, ultrasound, and a 13.5 KL liquid oxygen plant, guaranteeing a continuous oxygen supply via PSA and cylinder gas manifolds.

Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, NIIMS offers free medical services and treatments to those in need. It has also established separate rural and urban healthcare centers to facilitate field practice for medical students and extend assistance to needy communities, even in remote areas.
