Metropolis Healthcare, a player in the diagnostic service sector, has expanded its footprint in Telangana by launching two new laboratories in Warangal and Nizamabad.
The move is part of the company’s strategic plan to strengthen its presence across Tier II and III cities in India, addressing the growing demand for advanced healthcare services in these regions.
The newly inaugurated laboratories are designed to meet the healthcare needs of local populations by providing a comprehensive range of diagnostic services.
These facilities are equipped to process over 15,000 samples per month and offer tests ranging from basic pathology to advanced molecular diagnostics.
"This expansion strategically deepens our presence in Telangana, aligning with our goal to enhance our footprint in tier II and III cities. The new labs will improve local healthcare by delivering accurate and comprehensive diagnostics through advanced technology and skilled professionals," stated Surendran Chemmenkotil, CEO of Metropolis Healthcare.
These laboratories are expected to enhance healthcare access in the Warangal and Nizamabad regions. By offering a wide array of diagnostic services, including routine and specialized tests, Metropolis Healthcare aims to support local hospitals, specialists, and general physicians in delivering timely and precise healthcare solutions.
"These new facilities are not just about expanding our operational footprint. We look forward to partnering with local hospitals, specialists, general physicians, and government bodies to support patients throughout their healthcare journey, whether for wellness, chronic disease management, or specialized fields such as oncology and transplant immunology," Chemmenkotil added
This approach ensures patients receive the best care, supported by accurate and timely diagnostic information.
The Warangal and Nizamabad laboratories have state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and can perform a broad spectrum of tests. These include routine pathology, biochemistry, hematology, and advanced molecular diagnostics.
By offering such a wide range of services, the laboratories are poised to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the local population.
The launch of these laboratories is particularly significant given the rising demand for quality healthcare services in tier II and III cities. These regions often face challenges in accessing advanced medical diagnostics, and the new Metropolis facilities aim to bridge this gap by providing high-quality services close to home.
