MediBuddy Appoints Nijil George as Senior VP & Head of Operations

MediBuddy, India’s leading digital healthcare platform, has announced the appointment of Nijil George as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations.

With over 21 years of experience in operations, Nijil brings extensive expertise from leading organizations such as Amazon and Marico.

In his new role, George will focus on driving operational initiatives to expand MediBuddy’s network, enhance customer experience, and optimize costs.

He will also work on fostering a culture of execution excellence and ensuring MediBuddy’s services scale effectively to align with the platform’s mission to provide high-quality healthcare to a billion people.

Satish Kannan, Co-founder and CEO of MediBuddy, expressed confidence in George’s ability to transform operations, stating, “Nijil brings a unique blend of innovative thinking and operational discipline crucial for scaling our services. At Amazon India, he played a key role in improving productivity and operational quality, launching a voice assistant-based automated training program to scale onboarding during peak periods.

With George’s leadership, MediBuddy aims to further its reach and impact in India’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
