Mansi Khanna Appointed COO of Dr Reddy's & Nestlé Health Science Joint Venture

She has been with Nestle for more than seven years now. Before joining Nestle, she was with Procter & Gamble.

Mansi Khanna has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the new joint venture between Dr Reddy's and Nestlé Health Science, which has officially launched on August 1, 2024.

Khanna announced her new role through a LinkedIn update, expressing excitement for the venture.

"Dr. Reddy’s and Nestlé Health Science – the joint venture between these two companies is live from 1st August’24. With great pleasure, gratitude and surely huge ambitions, I am excited to join this joint venture as the Chief Operating Officer, leading the sales/commercial and marketing functions," she stated.

Khanna, who has over 18 years of experience in categories such as beauty, personal care, chocolates, dairy, and coffee, highlighted her recent focus on the nutrition sector.

"I admit to love the experience of the Nutrition category the most in the last year as the head of Nestlé Health Science business," she noted, expressing her gratitude to the leadership teams of Nestlé India, Nestlé Health Science, and Dr Reddy’s for this "opportunity of a lifetime."

Prior to this appointment, Khanna served as Nestlé’s Category Marketing Manager for Dairy and has been with Nestlé for over seven years. Before joining Nestlé, she was with Procter & Gamble.

“In my 18+ years of career spanning across multiple categories like beauty, personal care, chocolates, dairy, coffee, I admit to love the experience of Nutrition category the most in the last year as the head of Nestlé Health Science business. So am truly grateful to the leadership of Nestlé India, Nestlé Health Science global and Dr Reddy’s for giving me this opportunity of a lifetime!,” she added.

Khanna was earlier Nestle’s Category Marketing Manager. She has been with Nestle for more than seven years now. Before joining Nestle, she was with Procter & Gamble.
