Manipal Hospital Gurugram has unveiled a new chemo daycare center designed to improve cancer treatment experiences for patients.

The chemo daycare center is a modern approach to chemotherapy treatment, eliminating the need for hospital beds.
Patients can choose between private couches or a shared lounge area, enhancing comfort and convenience during their treatments.
The center is part of Manipal Hospital Gurugram's broader oncology department, which offers various cancer care services. These include medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplants, and pain management.
The new facility will be managed by a team of experienced professionals, including Dr Mohit Saxena, a consultant in medical oncology; Dr KC Malik, a specialist in medical oncology; Dr Anadi Pachaury and Dr Sanjeev Kumar, consultants in surgical oncology; and Dr Vikas Chaudhary, a consultant in radiation oncology.
Dr Mohit Saxena, one of the center's key figures, commented, “We are dedicated to offering individualized and compassionate care to our patients. This new facility represents our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those undergoing cancer treatment.”
Navin Pascal, Hospital Director at Manipal Hospitals Gurugram, highlighted the significance of the new center.
