The Livlong 365 platform now enables users to create, link, and manage their ABHA ID, providing seamless access to their digital health records.

Livlong 365, a leading outpatient department (OPD) healthcare platform in India, has announced its integration with the Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) to enhance digital healthcare accessibility and interoperability.

This integration aims to streamline medical record management and improve the efficiency of healthcare services across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Available on both Android and iOS, the Livlong 365 platform now enables users to create, link, and manage their ABHA ID, providing seamless access to their digital health records.

This initiative is expected to drive 200–300% growth in ABHA linkages over the next 12 to 18 months.

It aligns with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), which seeks to build a unified digital health ecosystem in India by encouraging the adoption of digital health records.

Enhancing Patient Data Management

By linking with ABHA, individuals can store, share, and retrieve medical records digitally, reducing reliance on physical paperwork and improving overall healthcare efficiency.

The integration allows users to download and link their health records across multiple service providers, facilitating faster consultations, easier hospital admissions, and improved emergency care.

Gaurav Dubey, Founder and CEO of Livlong 365, said, “Our integration with ABHA is a pivotal step in revolutionizing healthcare delivery through a seamlessly connected, technology-driven ecosystem. By ensuring efficient data exchange, this initiative empowers patients with uninterrupted, high-quality care while enabling insurers to make more informed risk assessments. This alignment with the national healthcare vision strengthens transparency, efficiency, and accessibility—laying the foundation for a more resilient and patient-centric healthcare system."

Addressing Key Challenges in Healthcare

India's healthcare system has long struggled with fragmented medical records, misplaced prescriptions, and unorganized patient histories.

The integration of ABHA with Livlong 365 addresses these challenges by providing a single digital health ID for all medical records.

Patients retain full control over their data and can choose to share their information with healthcare providers through a consent-based system.

This digital transformation ensures that doctors have instant access to comprehensive patient histories, allowing them to make more informed medical decisions.

Additionally, insurers can leverage digital records to assess risk more accurately, improving the efficiency of the healthcare financing system.

The adoption of technology-driven healthcare solutions continues to accelerate in India, and the ABHA-Livlong 365 integration supports the shift towards a paperless, data-driven healthcare system.

This initiative aims to enhances healthcare accessibility and efficiency along with strengthening data security by allowing patients to manage and control their health records digitally.
