Lilly has onboarded 100 professionals and plans to scale up to 1,500 over the coming years.

The facility was officially opened by Diogo Rau, executive vice president and chief information and digital officer of Eli Lilly and Company, in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu.

“We are delighted to welcome Lilly to Hyderabad’s growing life sciences ecosystem,” said Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. “This reinforces the city’s position as a global hub for healthcare innovation.”

Additionally, the new Hyderabad hub is positioned to play a key role in advancing Lilly’s global digital infrastructure and will, through technology integration, contribute to healthcare-focused innovation.

Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu said the site adds to Hyderabad’s momentum as a centre for digital health. “This investment reflects the transformative impact of technology on healthcare,” he said.
