This funding will drive the growth of Laiqa's tech solutions, which offer personalized hormonal health tracking and AI-driven recommendations.
Gurgaon-based femtech startup Laiqa Wellness has raised INR 15 Cr in seed funding from IvyCap Ventures.
This capital infusion will fuel the expansion and development of Laiqa’s innovative tech-based solutions, which focus on personalized hormonal health tracking and AI-driven recommendations.
The platform integrates both modern science and traditional Ayurvedic practices.
Founded in August 2023 by entrepreneurs Monica Bindra, Harmeet Bindra, and Meenakshi Singh, Laiqa Wellness claims to have quickly positioned itself as the industry’s first femtech platform dedicated to delivering hormonal-pattern-led feminine wellness.
The startup’s unique approach targets a range of hormonal imbalance-driven conditions, including PCOS, thyroid disorders, insulin resistance, sleep disturbances, and other lifestyle-related issues.
As per the startup, Laiqa’s offerings are tailored to each woman’s menstrual cycle, providing cycle-synced, personalized care.
Their advanced AI and ML algorithms suggest lifestyle adjustments, Ayurveda-based diet and fitness plans, and herbal supplements, helping women optimize their health and well-being.
In a joint statement, co-founders Monica Bindra, Harmeet Bindra, and Meenakshi Singh expressed their excitement about the funding, saying, “This investment is a testament to our vision of creating a future where women have access to the best tools and care to prioritize their health. We’re grateful to IvyCap Ventures for believing in our mission. With their support, we aim to extend our reach, grow our community, and continue innovating sustainable products and services that truly make a difference in women’s lives.”
At the heart of Laiqa’s approach is the MyLAIQA app, a platform designed to empower women by helping them understand their hormonal cycles' physical, emotional, and mental fluctuations.
The app’s proprietary algorithm objectively scores health parameters and provides cycle-synced actionable insights, enabling users to manage these changes effectively for enhanced productivity, improved energy levels, and overall wellness.
Vikram Gupta, Founder & Managing Partner of IvyCap Ventures, echoed their sentiment regarding the funding, stating, “We’re delighted to support Laiqa in their mission to transform women’s wellness. Their unique approach, combining modern science with Ayurveda, sets them apart in the market. Laiqa’s commitment to empowering women aligns perfectly with our investment philosophy.”
This funding will enable Laiqa Wellness to further its goal of providing holistic, personalized care for women, aiming to bridge the gap between modern healthcare and traditional wisdom.
