The partnership aims to enhance healthcare services in North India by integrating advanced medical technology, experienced professionals, and comprehensive infrastructure.
The upcoming facility will offer a range of super-specialty services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, and gastroenterology.
The hospital seeks to improve patient access to specialized treatment by consolidating multiple medical disciplines in one location.
The collaboration combines Apollo Hospitals' extensive experience in managing healthcare facilities, including hospitals, pharmacies, primary care, and diagnostic clinics, with Jujhar Group's regional presence and infrastructure capabilities.
The agreement was signed by Arshdeep Singh, Executive Director of Jujhar Group, along with Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman of AHEL, and Suneeta Reddy, Managing Director of AHEL.
Singh emphasized the shared goal of making quality healthcare accessible in the region.
"We are proud to partner with Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited to bring a super-specialty hospital to the region. This collaboration reinforces our commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and quality in North India. Our vision is to establish a facility that integrates advanced technology with patient-centered care," said Singh.
Dr. Prathap C Reddy highlighted Apollo Hospitals' long-standing mission to improve healthcare across India.
"Over the past 41 years, Apollo Hospitals has focused on both treating diseases and preventive healthcare. With the growing prevalence of non-communicable diseases, there is a need for a holistic healthcare approach. Our collaboration with Jujhar Group strengthens this mission, ensuring that we address curative and preventive care effectively," he stated.
The hospital's location near Chandigarh International Airport positions it as a center for International Medical Value Travel, providing treatment options for patients from India and abroad.
Situated in G Block, Aerocity, along PR-7 Road, the facility is a short drive from Chandigarh International Airport, making it accessible to patients from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Chandigarh.
The facility will span 6.17 acres and have a built-up area of over 12 lakh square feet. Its location within a growing commercial and residential area enhances connectivity and convenience for patients seeking specialized medical care.
Jujhar Group and Apollo Hospitals have expressed their intent to obtain Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for the hospital. This accreditation would ensure compliance with global standards for patient safety, clinical quality, and operational excellence.
