Infinx, backed by Norwest Venture Partners and KKR, is expanding its reach within India with this new center, which adds to its existing facilities in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
This Madurai location aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance operational efficiency and optimize RCM processes, a critical component of healthcare management, particularly for US clients navigating complex billing and reimbursement structures.
The new center in Madurai will use advanced AI and automation to streamline healthcare operations, aiming to improve revenue cycle outcomes for Infinx's US-based customers.
This aligns with the company’s broader vision of “transforming healthcare RCM through innovation,” as Sudeep Tandon, Managing Director at Infinx, stated.
“The opening of our new delivery center in Madurai marks a significant milestone in our journey towards transforming healthcare RCM through innovation and talent development. By investing in advanced AI-driven solutions and leveraging the immense potential of the local workforce, we aim to deliver unparalleled value to our clients while contributing to the technological growth in the country,” Tandon stated.
The decision to set up in Madurai was influenced by the region’s educational infrastructure and the availability of a skilled talent pool.
Tandon noted that the local workforce would be pivotal to the facility’s operations.
“This center represents our commitment to building future-ready capabilities that not only optimize healthcare operations but also empower communities with high-quality employment opportunities and skills for tomorrow,” he said.
To ensure a strong start, Infinx is partnering with educational institutions to recruit and train local graduates, focusing on preparing new hires for the demands of healthcare AI roles.
According to the company, a comprehensive learning and development approach will be implemented to equip employees with the necessary skills for RCM tasks. Stay tuned for more such updates on Digital Health News.
