Healthtech startup Allo Health has secured INR 16 Cr ($1.83 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Rainmatter, the investment arm of Zerodha, along with existing investors.
Before this, the Bengaluru-based startup raised $4.4 million in seed funding from Nexus Venture Partners and notable investors such as Flipkart’s Binny Bansal, Zomato’s Deepinder Goyal, Cloudnine’s Rohit MA, and Sandeep Singhal of Nexus.

Founded in 2021, Allo Health is Sexual health and wellness startup in India. It offers personalized, discreet, and judgment-free sexual health care. Allo Health provides clinically proven holistic solutions through expert-led consultations, counseling, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
Founded by Pranay Jivrajka, Allo Health operates a hybrid model that integrates physical clinics, AI-powered decision support, and trained medical professionals.
“Allo will deepen its focus and invest in diagnostics, digital therapy, and private label solutions, strengthening its sexual healthcare ecosystem and driving better patient outcomes,” the company said in a statement.
Currently, Allo has over 35 clinics across major cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mysore, and Ranchi. Since its inception, it has treated over 200,000 patients across India, claiming an 85% improvement in patient outcomes.
With plans to potentially expand into mental health, Allo aims to replicate its structured, expert-led model to build a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem.
