The acquisition enhances the hospital's capacity and creates opportunities for operational scale-up. As part of this effort, HCG will implement organ-specific practices and introduce advanced cancer care technologies.

HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), a leading name in cancer care, has strategically acquired SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital in Indore, marking its entry into the crucial healthcare landscape of Madhya Pradesh.

The acquisition paves the way for HCG's expansion plans, which include adding 100 beds and integrating state-of-the-art cancer diagnostic and treatment facilities within a two-year operational timeline, underscoring their dedication to enhancing healthcare accessibility in the area.

Situated at a central location, SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital boasts 50 cancer care beds and houses a state-of-the-art LINAC machine.

The acquisition enhances the hospital's capacity and creates opportunities for operational scale-up. This includes implementing organ-specific practices and introducing advanced cancer care technologies, aligning with HCG's mission to elevate the standard of cancer care.

Speaking on the occasion, Raj Gore, CEO of HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited, said, "We endeavor to make the most advanced and comprehensive cancer treatment available to patients and provide a longer and better quality of life to each patient without having to travel miles for it."

India grapples with a substantial burden of cancer incidence, a challenge that continues to grow.

Madhya Pradesh holds a significant share of cancer incidence in the country, particularly with a high prevalence of head, neck and tongue cancer in men and breast and cervix cancer in women.

In its previous statement, HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG) had shared plans for organic and inorganic growth in India within three to five years.

According to the company, the Indian cancer market is expected to grow significantly due to increased cancer incidences, disease relapse, and increased affordability.
