Fitterfly, a health-tech startup, has announced the launch of its new division, X-Labs, on the occasion of its 7th anniversary. With a focus on digital therapeutics and utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human-centered Design, Fitterfly aims to revolutionize chronic disease management.  

Fitterfly has successfully developed a unique care continuum model that incorporates dedicated nutritionists, physiotherapists, and psychologists for each member. By integrating technologies like continuous glucose sensing and digital therapeutics, Fitterfly has achieved significant outcomes for over 20,000 individuals battling diabetes and obesity. These outcomes include an average reduction of 1.96% in HbA1c levels, weight loss, improved overall fitness, enhanced sleep quality, and reduced stress levels.  

Fitterfly's X-Labs division has two missions. Firstly, it focuses on AI Coaching and Chatbots. This leverages the power of AI to provide progress monitoring, reminders, answers to common queries, and routine information. Human coaches then provide personalized care that goes beyond what was previously possible.  

Secondly, X-Labs aims to unlock data potential by utilizing personalized data analysis and hybrid workflows. Fitterfly empowers its clients with an insightful understanding of their health journey and actionable steps. It incorporates virtual biomarkers to complement glucose levels through biofeedback loops. This approach enables Fitterfly's health professionals to prioritize human-centric tasks, optimize care, and emphasize empathy.
