Dr Bipin Chevale has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gleneagles Hospital in Parel, Mumbai.
He joins from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Navi Mumbai, where he held the position of Director and Head.
Announcing his new role, Dr Chevale shared on LinkedIn, “Excited to share that I have joined Gleneagles Hospital Mumbai as the Chief Executive Officer! Together with the talented and dedicated team at Gleneagles, we aim to raise the bar even higher for excellence in healthcare. Looking forward to leading this incredible team and driving forward exceptional patient care and innovation.”
Dr Chevale brings over 23 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to his tenure at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai.
He also held leadership roles at S L Raheja Hospital - A Fortis Associate, where he was the CEO and Zonal Director, and at Bombay Hospital, where he worked for 11 years as Medical Superintendent.
Dr Chevale holds an M.Phil in Hospital and Healthcare Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has completed the Senior Management Program (SMP) from IIM Calcutta.

He succeeded Vivek Talaulikar, who currently serves as the Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Max Healthcare for the Western Region.
