Centre For Sight Partners with Laxmi Eye Hospital to Expand Presence in Maharashtra

Centre For Sight aims to add 15-20 centres annually, targeting to reach 150 centres in the next 4 years aligning with their 'Go Deep and Go Wide' strategy.

Leading network in Ophthalmology, Centre For Sight has joined hands with Laxmi Eye Hospital in a move to expand its operations in Maharashtra.

This collaboration marks Centre For Sight’s ninth center in the state, further solidifying its presence in the region.

The partnership deal aligns with its aim to expand its presence in Western India. Further, Centre For Sight aims to add 15-20 centers annually, targeting to reach 150 centers in the next 4 years aligning with their 'Go Deep and Go Wide' strategy.

This partnership is expected to bring advanced eye care services to more patients in the state, leveraging the combined expertise and resources of both institutions

Presently, Centre For Sight serves over a million patients annually, at 82 Centers across 40 cities from 15 states of India with over 350 expert doctors.

Going forward, Centre For Sight is looking to invest INR 300-500 Cr over the next few years to support its expansion plans.

Further, it will continue to look for more collaboration opportunities in the region, which is a key focus area of expansion, to deepen its presence in Western India.

Over the past 12 months, Centre For Sight has added 10 brownfield Centers with strategic collaborations, such as Srinagar (Fazili Eyecare), Sikar (I Max Eye Care Hospital), Warangal (Kakathiya Eye Hospital), Badlapur (Drishti Eye Hospital), Chembur (Rushabh Eye Hospital & Laser Centre) and the latest one in Mumbai (Laxmi Eye Hospital).

On the other hand, Centre For Sight has also launched six greenfield centers - Bhiwani, Palwal, Jammu, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, and Gurugram; further strengthening its presence in Northern India.

Established in 1989, Laxmi Eye Hospital is equipped with the latest infrastructure and technology (including FEMTO for bladeless cataract) to provide comprehensive eye care services.
