Bengaluru-based healthtech startup iHridAI has launched its flagship product, HarmonyCVI, which is designed for detailed and accurate cardiovascular assessments.

HarmonyCVI is an AI/ML-based rapid diagnostic and insights tool that aids cardiologists and radiologists in analyzing cardiac MRI scans with enhanced precision.

HarmonyCVI leverages deep learning AI/ML capabilities built upon robust research, cardiothoracic models, and extensive real-world cardiac imaging data.

The software processes the patient's MRI studies, learns respective metrics, and predicts various parameters, including dynamic contours and segmentation.

The comprehensive findings from this analysis are uploaded into clinical data reports, which can be monitored and modified on a user-friendly dashboard.

Enhancing Clinical Decision-Making

The technology provides radiologists and cardiologists with accurate and clinically reliable information, facilitating rapid and informed decision-making, typically within minutes.

The startup states that HarmonyCVI helps clinicians quickly assess key parameters for comprehensive diagnosis, aiding in practical assessment and treatment. The integrated platform offers real-time interactive report generation with automated data analysis in the desired format.

Commenting on the launch, Sai Sangineni, founder of iHridAI, stated, "Resonating with the vision to create globally benchmarked AI-based healthcare solutions, we launched HarmonyCVI for the clinical community. Using these comprehensive and detailed insights, patients with critical cardiac conditions can be triaged for advanced and accurate review and assessed treatments. The core of our innovation addresses the need for cost-effective processing, analyzing, and reporting (PAR) for the growing cardiac MRI adoption.”

According to the startup, the tool is fundamentally designed to enhance the accessibility, accuracy, and affordability of real-world cardiac MRI diagnostics.

The initiative aligns with the startup’s aim to offer preventive patient care using AI technology. It also seeks to develop value-based solutions for the larger medical fraternity.

Vimal Raj, clinical advisor and cofounder of iHridAI added that the launch of HarmonyCVI reinforces the startup's commitment to curating an AI-based solution for rapidly analyzing cardiac MRI scans.

While the PAR for ECG, CT, PET, and other MRIs is straightforward today, the complex cardiac MRIs need a vendor-agnostic, economically viable, easy-to-deploy solution to drive the adoption and further growth of cardiac MRI usage in advanced heart diagnostics, he noted.

He further stated that HarmonyCVI is easy to learn, deploy, and use. Its user interface, speed, precision, and diagnostic accuracy will help physicians with early diagnosis, thus improving patient clinical outcomes.

Collaborative Approach & Future Developments

Per the startup, iHridAI is fostering a collaborative approach, leveraging partners and providers for advanced and complementary domain expertise and solution engineering.

This includes key radiologists, researchers, and medical imaging/AI experts. HarmonyCVI is the first product launched into this ecosystem, fully tested and vetted with a critical mass of real-world datasets from various sources.

iHridAI is also working towards developing a single integrated multi-model AI analytics platform covering ECG, ECHO, CT, and MRI.

Founded in 2021 by Sai Sangineni, iHridAI is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform dedicated to next-generation solutions for analyzing cardiac medical imaging and related clinical data using AI and deep learning-powered vision analytics.
