The collaboration between ARI and InHealth aims to expand reporting services across a broader network of NHS partners in the UK.
Apollo Radiology International (ARI), a global teleradiology provider headquartered in India, has acquired the radiology reporting wing of the UK-based InHealth Group for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition aims to address the global shortage of radiologists while expanding access to quality diagnostic services in the UK and internationally, the Apollo Hospitals Group stated.
ARI, a unit of Apollo Hospitals, is projected to report over two million scans annually across 24 countries, serving more than 200 healthcare organizations worldwide.
“This partnership represents an essential step forward in our commitment to global health. By combining ARI’s extensive capabilities with InHealth’s deep-rooted connections and standards within the NHS, we are establishing a robust framework for timely, accurate, and quality-focused radiology services,” said Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals Group.

Further, the effort is expected to address critical gaps in radiology staffing and ensure timely, precise diagnoses for patients.
"Together, we are poised to address the global radiologist shortage while delivering exceptional quality service," said Dr Sreenivasa Raju Kalidindi, CEO and Medical Director of ARI.
InHealth CEO Geoff Searle highlighted the shared focus on quality. "Both organisations share an approach which puts quality at the heart of all their services," he said.
