The Apollo Hospitals Group has launched a state-of-the-art multi-specialty emergency medical center at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi pilgrimage site in Ayodhya.
The newly launched center would provide comprehensive medical services, including critical care, intensive care, advanced telemedicine, ambulance, and air evacuation, besides primary service.
Its services range from first aid to medical emergency services, including heart attack and stroke.
The multi-specialty center will also feature 24x7 critical care support and an ICU backup for both adults and children. This center aims to provide quality healthcare to pilgrims visiting the temple.
Sharing thoughts, Dr Mayank Somani, MD & CEO of Apollo Hospitals Lucknow, said, “The services of this center run by Apollo Hospitals Lucknow are proof of our dedication. This initiative is a testament to Apollo Hospitals' unwavering commitment towards the health and well-being of the pilgrims visiting Ayodhya.’’
According to the statement, online super specialty consultation will be available at the center through the latest telemedicine technology. Through this, the patient's access to specialists will become very easy.
Moreover, medical services at the center will be free for the pilgrims coming for the darshan of Shri Ram Lalla.
Talking about the advanced services of the center, Dr Pratap C Reddy, chairman, Apollo Hospitals Group, said, ‘“A wide range of better medical services will be available in the center. These range from basic first aid to medical emergency services, including heart attack and stroke.’’
According to sources, the clinic will come up on the lower ground floor of the Vishramalaya inside the temple premises. Reportedly, the construction work of this hospital will start soon.
