HCG Abdur Razzaque Ansari Cancer Hospital in Ranchi has introduced Jharkhand's most advanced Elekta Versa HD Platform, a comprehensive system for delivering external radiation therapy for various cancers.

The Elekta Versa HD Platform, equipped with high-dose-rate delivery and motion adjustment technology, provided specialists with a versatile tool to target tumors while safeguarding nearby critical structures precisely.

This technology simplified treatment planning, improved therapy effectiveness, and accelerated recovery. With anatomically connected 4D imaging, the platform facilitated the detection of respiratory movements and precise targeting of mobile lung malignancies

Commenting on the same, Raj Gore, CEO of Healthcare Global Enterprises, said, "We aim to enhance access to quality cancer care beyond metro cities, addressing inequalities. Integrating this advanced technology marks a significant step in shaping the future of cancer care in Jharkhand, emphasizing our commitment to improving cancer treatment across all our locations and making personalized treatments more effective, fulfilling our promise of adding years to life."

In a recent development in the field of cancer treatment, the Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Hospital (KSSSCI) in Lucknow unveiled a new 4D-CT simulator machine to treat moving tumors. This initiative sought to enhance the precision of cancer treatment, potentially improving patient outcomes.

The introduction of these advanced technologies reflects HCG Abdur Razzaque Ansari Cancer Hospital's commitment to providing effective and personalised cancer care, contributing to advancements in the healthcare landscape.
